PNCC Introduces New Improved Online Subscriber Info

Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) is pleased to announce the availability of a new improved online service for PNCC subscribers effective February 1, 2013.

PNCC Subscriber Self Serve" offers customers user-friendly, secure access to their own customer billing information online (password-protected), including:

* Account balances for all services

* Usage records for long distance and PalauCel calls

* Payment/transaction, and subscription details

* Bill history for up to 6 previous months (starting with December 2012 bill)

* Printable PDF file of current and past billing statements

To register for Self Serve and start viewing their account online, customers just need to visit PNCC Customer Service in Koror or Airai first to set up their security questions. This in-person registration step will help protect the privacy of their online subscription data.

After customer have registered, they will be able check their account anytime online by clicking on the Self Serve link on the PNCC website (www.palaunet.com) or going directly to the Self Serve site at https://myaccount.pncc.biz.

Online bill payment by credit card through the Self Serve site is currently under development and will be announced to PNCC customers when available.
